The Torchlight parade includes holiday-lighted vehicles and marchers who process through town with lights, music and fanciful decorations! Grab a spot near the street to watch the brightly decorated fire trucks parade by in their holiday glory. Masks and 12 foot social distance between households, which will be conveniently marked off, will be required. The parade route starts at Windsor High School, goes down Capen Street and then on Broad Street to the center of town. Let’s stay safe and enjoy! This event is brought to you by First Town Downtown with the support of the Windsor Volunteer Fire Department, Windsor Federal Savings and Carmon Funeral Homes.
