Michelle Wyman and Patty O’Brian, Dementia Specialists, from Hartford Heathcare Center for Healthy Aging, will present a 5-part series on Healthy Minds at the Windsor Public Library. Michelle and Patty have been in the memory field for many years and bring a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge to this series which will focus on how to protect, preserve and improve your memory. Attendees are encouraged to attend all session. Each of the 5 sessions will cover a variety of topics including how to challenge your mind daily, coping with changes and managing stress, being positive.
