We are kicking off Black History Month on Friday, February 2nd at 6:00 pm with a FREE movie entitled “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks”, which features Oprah Winfrey. The movie is about an African-American woman who becomes an unwitting pioneer for medical breakthroughs when her cells are used to create the first immortal human cell line in the early 1950s.
