Learn more about services that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities within the Weld County area.

More than 20+ organizations and providers will be in attendance including WIC, Arc of Weld County, Autism Speaks, multiple home health agencies, a law firm, and several others!

People seeking services, families, caregivers and anyone interested are encouraged to attend.

Also, join Envision's leadership for a brief presentation on Envision and share your feedback during our Public Forum.

Complimentary light refreshments will be served.
