Black History Month!

The Human Relations Commission will host guest speaker, Dr. Marie Natalie Achong, MHL. She is the First African-American Woman President of the Hartford County Medical Association. Dr. Achong will be speaking on the topic of "The Picture of African-American Health Disparities".
