Routes: 2, 25, 50, and 100 Miles Unite with fellow riders and enjoy the camaraderie of the day as you cycle through beautiful farmlands and the rolling hills of North Central Connecticut. With food and drink to fuel the ride and mechanical and medical assistance wherever needed, you'll be fully supported at Bike MS. From the volunteers who pass out ice-cold popsicles and cheer on your team, to the truck drivers who have our luggage and the SAG drivers who have our backs, we are all in it together.
