The Better Health Conference, presented by CT Partners for Health, in collaboration with the Primary Care Coalition of Connecticut, New England HIMSS and Connecticut Choosing Wisely Collaborative, returns to the Connecticut Convention Center. This regional, multi-track educational forum, draws over 500 healthcare providers, clinicians and patients each year. This exciting event offers innovative techniques, strategies, and resources to help healthcare providers empower patients to be their own health advocate!

In addition to learning from and engaging with dynamic speakers, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with vendors showcasing state-of-the-art consumer healthcare innovation.

NEW to this year’s event -- student poster presentations highlighting ongoing cutting-edge research and leadership awards.
