Fall Art Exhibit at the Windsor Town Hall, Opening Reception, is Sunday, November 3, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM in the Council Chambers. Windsor Palette & Brush Club members art work will be on display in the lower level corridors and will continue through November 28 and may be viewed at any time during Town Hall hours, including evening meetings. Meet the artists and enjoy delicious refreshments. Art works, many of which will be for sale, will include oils, watercolors, pastel, mixed media, collage, stained glass, and photography.
