The Town of Windsor Human Relations Chairman will again be hosting a delegation to the African American History Museum and the Library of Congress, in Washington DC Friday, September 22 - 24, 2017.

“It was such a educational trip and wonderful experience for all that went last February that I thought Id take another group to the museum, it really is a magical experience touring the museum and the capital buildings of our government. We had a total of 40 that went in February,” said Judge Washington, Chairman of the Human Relations Commission, Town of Windsor
