The CT Legislature recently adopted an affordable housing law that requires every town in Connecticut to adopt an affordable housing assessment and plan. The Town Planning and Zoning Commission (TPZC) is responsible for performing that assessment and adopting a plan, but before they do, they would like the public to review and comment on the draft plan so that it represents the views of a cross-section of Windsor residents, who in-turn will support the strategies they helped to shape.

Attend a public workshop at 7:00 PM on May 17th, 2022 in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 275 Broad Street to hear the results of the online survey, review the draft plan, and provide feedback.
