Windsor’s Northwest Park Presents “Black Bears of Connecticut” As part of the Adult Education Series
Join us on April 5th from 7:00 PM-8:30 PM for Northwest Park’s Adult Education Series with Wildlife Conservationist, Paul Colburn on Black Bears of Connecticut. This presentation provides an overview of the natural history of black bears in Connecticut, black bear habitat, diet, behavior, reproduction and current research efforts. It also provides practical recommendations for optimum co-existence with our black bear population. Black bear artifacts will also be shared with the audience. Refreshments provided. The fee is $10.00 (Windsor resident) $15.00 (non-resident) or $35.00 (Windsor resident) $50.00 (non-resident) for the series. Registration required.
