Art Club Open House
Please join us on Tuesday, September 11 starting at 6:00pm to learn what our club is all about. Meet the members, enjoy a glass of wine and a free art demonstration by a local artist.
The Windsor Palette and Brush Club is bringing together artists of all mediums and art enthusiasts to explore and embrace creativity.
Event schedule: 6:00pm wine & cheese reception, 6:45 a short business meeting followed by refreshments. 7:15-8:30 art demonstration by Jane Zisk. Jane is a seasoned artist who will demonstrate landscape painting with acrylic paints, and share her plein air experiences

Beginning Thursday, September 6th through October 18th join Blue Moon Yoga for “Fall Yoga in the Park” each Thursday from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM. Learn breathing techniques, yoga postures and experience essential oils. You will leave relaxed and energized. Bring a mat and blanket and come experience open flow yoga for all levels. Serial Surface Design Paint Play
Saturday, September 8th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Serial Surface Design Paint Play with Cathey LaBonte. Come play with paint and learn some surface design techniques. Participants will work in a series, starting with mark-making on a monoprint background, then layer on color with a custom designed and carved stamp. You will take home your stamp and a unique set of cards. Please bring an apron or wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on.

Workshop Fee: $40. Additional $25 Kit Fee includes Carving Tools, Carving Block, Acrylic Paint use, Design/Practice Paper, pencil and Blank Card

Come to the Windsor Town Green on Saturday, September 8 for an afternoon of patriotic music as the Windsor Fife & Drum Corps hosts their annual muster. A short parade through the center of town will begin at 11:00am, followed by performances by several area fife & drum corps. This event is free and great for the whole family!

The First Town Downtown 2018 Farmers’ Market will begin its 10th season on Thursday, June 28 from 3:30 to 6:30 at 240 Broad Street in Windsor Center. The Farmers' Market will run every Thursday through October 18th. This well-attended local marketplace in Windsor Center includes locally grown fruits, vegetables, baked goods, herbs, eggs, cheese, skincare products, candles and more.
