The Windsor Chamber of Commerce and First Town Downtown invite you to a concert on the green sponsored by Mary Beth Welsh and Century 21 All Points Realty , featuring Gene Donaldson and the Stingrays performing your all time favorites from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The Windsor Public Library features West Side Story starring Natalie Wood, George Charkiris, Richard Beymer in their Summer Classic Movie Series. This series will run every Tuesday evening from June 26 to August 28. The film runs from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Free. 860-285-1918.

Beginning Wednesday, June 20 through July 25 join Blue Moon Yoga for “Summer Yoga in the Park” each Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM. Learn breathing techniques, yoga postures and experience essential oils. You will leave relaxed and energized. Bring a mat and blanket and come experience open flow yoga for all levels. Kimberly Hall offers an Alzheimer's Support group for family members who are a caregiver or have a loved one with a form of dementia. The support group consists of both families caring for someone at home or who have someone in a community. Please feel free to join us to learn more about the disease and how to cope with changes that occur as the disease progresses.

Have fun with Tour Windsor Rocks! with a kickoff rock painting party on Thursday, July 12 at 6:00 pm at the Windsor Historical Society and paint your own Tour Windsor Rocks rock. Take a photo of you and your rock, then find a spot on the tour to leave the rock for someone else to find. Then visit TourWindsorCT locations to find a rock to take a picture with. Post photos of the fun, painted rocks to social media with the hashtag #tourwindsorrocks and tag us @tourwindsorct.

Farmers’ Market
The First Town Downtown 2018 Farmers’ Market will begin its 10th season on Thursday, June 28 from 3:30 to 6:30 at 240 Broad Street in Windsor Center. The Farmers' Market will run every Thursday through October 18th. This well-attended local marketplace in Windsor Center includes locally grown fruits, vegetables, baked goods, herbs, eggs, cheese, skincare products, candles and more.

The youth Service Bureau and Police Department invite families to come out and join our annual Community Block Party on Friday, July 13th at Sharshon Park. This event runs from 4:30 PM until 7:30 PM and admission is a school snack donation for the Weekend Wheels Program. Enjoy carnival games, arts and crafts, face painting, music, bounce-house, food and more! There will be prizes and giveaways. Please stop by " Voices Against Lyme Disease" annual tag sale on the town Green. We are a non profit organization that provides awareness and prevention tick borne illness programs in Windsor and surrounding towns. All proceeds from this tag sale will be used to help cover our costs for printing material, presentation fees, program costs and insurance. Our programs include businesses, civic organizations, Windsor Public Works and the Clover Street school health classes.
