Windsor Lions Club Easter Plant Sale
The Windsor Lions Easter Plant Sale will be held on the Windsor Town Green, 275 Broad Street, Windsor, April 14th-April 16th, 2022, 10 AM to 5 PM daily. All COVID-19 restrictions, in effect, will apply during this event. Credit and debit cards along with check and cash will be accepted. Munson’s Candy Orders taken online through March 23rd. will be available for pickup on the Windsor Town Green During the Easter Plant Sale.

Does your dog have what it takes to be Windsor's #1 dog or #1 puppy? All Windsor dog owners are welcome to participate in Windsor's annual Win Wag Contest. Photos will be posted to the town's Facebook page where visitors to the page will have the opportunity to vote and choose Windsor's #1 dog and #1 puppy.

Entries begin May 4th at 8:00 AM
Entries close May 17th at Noon
Voting begins May 19th at 8:00 AM
Voting ends June 1st at Noon
Winners to be announced June 2nd by 9:00 AM

The Windsor Public Library welcomes the Andy and Judy who will present their folk music duo in person. As contemporary folk singer/songwriters, many of their songs tell stories that are based on historical events, times or places. Andy and Judy will perform on Thursday, April 21 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. The Windsor Recreation Division presents “Heart Your Park.” To celebrate Windsor’s parks, we have created a number puzzle that can only be solved by visiting our seven participating parks!

Look for our “Heart Your Park” sign at Sharshon Park, Northwest Park, Welch Park, Stroh Park, Washington Park, Deerfield Park, and Trent Park to solve the number puzzle and have a chance to win a $50 Amazon Gift Card.

We hope you spend time with your family or friends exploring our parks, breathing in the fresh air, and solving this puzzle!

Bring your plants and/or cuttings to trade at our Plant Cuttings Workshop at the Windsor Public Library from 7:00 –8:00 PM while the Windsor Garden Club is on hand to share their knowledge and expertise. Feel free to also bring supplies to swap: pots, tools, etc. and take advantage of our potting station after you trade. What: The Windsor Senior Center is home to a new Men’s Club, and we need YOU to help it to grow! We invite local men 55+ to participate in this twice-monthly social club. Enjoy coffee over discussion of a “hot topic”, as well as plan events and trips among your group.

When/Where: 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 9:30 AM in the senior center.

Kimberly Hall North hosts an Alzheimer's Support Group for anyone taking care of a loved one with Alzheimer's or a related dementia or if you would like to learn more about the disease. The group is open to both members of the community or those who have loved ones at Kimberly Hall.

Kate Bartelmo, is the support group leader she is a MSW, Certified Dementia Practitioner and has been running a support group for over 10 years. The group is affiliated with The Alzheimer's Association.
