We are sad to announce the passing of William (Bill) Dumais.
He served as president of The Windsor Chamber of Commerce and also as chairman of The Windsor Shad Derby in 1969. Our condolences to his family and friends.

Past Chamber President Passed Away

William "Bill" Dumais, of Groton Long Point, CT, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at the age of 81. Bill is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mary (Ryan). He was the caring father of Daniel (Corinne) Dumais of Simsbury, CT, Elizabeth (William) Phoenix of Irvington, NY, William Jr. (Jayne) of East Lyme, CT, and Bryan (Ann) Dumais of Naperville, IL. Bill loved and cherished his eleven grandchildren; Courtney, Christine and Owen Dumais, Billy III, Ryan and Alexis Dumais, Theresa and Raymond Phoenix and Robert, Kaitlyn and Brady Dumais.
