Business After Hours

The Windsor Chamber of Commerce’s September Business After Hours will be held on Wednesday, September 13 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, hosted by 360 Federal Credit Union located at 191 Ella Grasso Turnpike in Windsor Locks.

Area businesses have the opportunity to network with other businesses in a social atmosphere and build relationships. Bring your business cards and enjoy! There will be a raffle and refreshments.

Construction Update: Town of Windsor (Railroad Crossing Work – Weekend/Overnight)

Beginning on Friday, September 15th at 6:00 p.m. and continuing through Monday, September 18th at 6:00 p.m. the existing Island Road railroad crossing in Windsor will be closed to through traffic for roadway reconstruction and paving.

Traffic personnel will be in place throughout the duration of the road closure. Signs, variable message boards and detour routes alerting the public of the closure will be posted on-site prior to the closure.

There will be construction noise throughout this period and temporary lighting to support overnight work in the area.
