The question for the Annual town budget referendum this year is:
SHALL THE ANNUAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2018 IN THE AMOUNT OF $111,917,080 AS RECOMMENDED BY THE WINDSOR TOWN COUNCIL BE ADOPTED?

The vote is by optical scan tabulators - "YES" or "NO"
