Yellow Brick Road: What courage brains and heart have to do with business
Our Annual Meeting and Dinner will be on Friday, June 23, 2017 at the Hartford/Windsor Marriott on Day Hill Road at 6:00 pm with dinner at 6:45pm.

Awards are given to businesses and individuals in recognition of their devotion to community service. Outgoing directors are recognized and new directors are inducted.

The theme this year is "Yellow Brook Road".


Major Awards

Jerry Hallas Memorial Award
This award is presented in honor of Mr. J. Jeremiah Hallas, one of the group of forty Windsor business people who re-established the Chamber in 1949. Mr. Hallas also served as Chamber President in 1953-54.

Award Criteria:
Must be a Chamber member in good standing
Outstanding participation in the Chamber including service on the Board of Directors, committee work or other volunteerism
Supports Chamber members and the business community

Citizen of the Year
The Citizen of the Year Award is presented to a citizen who has provided outstanding service to our community. We express our appreciation for the dedication and contributions that have been put forth by these individuals.

Award Criteria:
Must have demonstrated outstanding service to the Windsor community
Must be a Windsor resident

Frank Parker Beautification Award

In 1981, The Windsor Chamber of Commerce began a program to recognize those Windsor businesses that put forth a special effort to maintain/create a high standard of beautification of their property (inside/outside).
