| The Windsor Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it is opening a satellite office within Windsor Federal Savings Wilson branch to offer support to Wilson area businesses. Beginning on Thursday, September 15th, Jane Garibay, Windsor Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, will be on location at the Windsor Federal Savings Wilson branch, 321 Windsor Avenue, Windsor, every Thursday from 2-4. Garibay believes that the branch hours will come in handy for Wilson area businesses. “In Windsor, we already have First Town Downtown which assists businesses in the center, and the chamber has a committee specific to the Day Hill area through. We don't have strong representation yet in Wilson. We hope to remedy that." Windsor Federal has the perfect location, so we’ll hold office hours there. Business people are welcome to come in and discuss what Chamber membership can do for them. We can help connect them with resources to help their businesses. We also hope to do some marketing, and host an event that includes area businesses, and we want to connect them with the other member businesses in town like those in Windsor Center and Day Hill Road for everyone's benefit." “The Windsor Chamber of Commerce is a wonderful resource for area businesses, and hosting them at our Wilson location was an easy decision” said Mark Griffin, Windsor Federal Savings President. “Whether it’s planning, marketing, or simply a casual discussion of growth ideas, the Chamber can help.
