| On May 10, 2012, the Chamber's Board of Directors presented a bylaw amendment to the membership for approval. Members could vote in person, by fax, or online. All ballots received by 3:00 pm May 25, 2012 were counted. Lack of receipt of a vote was counted, as agreed at the May 10th meeting, as a 'yes' vote. The bylaw changed was approved by the membership.
