Good Morning All - sorry for the delay in getting this set- See below for written confirmation from LaNotte-All seems to have fallen into place as we have discussed. Event is as Follows: Each Chamber will have space (for now) for 4 Chamber members and 1 space for the Chamber itself- Cost is $50 a booth which will go directly to the individual chamber's coffer-Each Chamber is to sign up its own members with a quick note to me of the Names of the Firms for records and media releases. LaNotte is sponsoring so each chamber can keep the $50 per member /Also I will try and do a walk though shortly and see if we can fit more than this number. So the Details : Events Name- "TVCA Table Top EXPO" Major Sponsor "LaNottes Banquet Facility"(please be sure to note sponsorship in any of your releases on event)Address is 17 Thompson Rd East Windsor Ct 06088 Date Sept 18th Time 430p-730p (set up 330p) Fee to attend - 1 Business Card (Cash Bar- Tasty Treats provided by Sponsor) Open to TVCA Members and Area Businesses Hosted by "Tobacco Valley Chamber Alliance" RSVPs (Requested)to each individual Chamber(as we get closer numbers to Jim to give to Lanotte) WE will need some doorprizes etc - Looks Like this is shaping up to be a Great TVCA Event- Jimbo Hi Jim! It was great talking with you earlier today. I verified with Ashley, our Wedding Coordinator and Banquet Manager, that Tuesday September 18th is reserved for your vendor event! As discussed earlier, the event would run from 4:30-7:30, with set up around 3:30pm. It would be a cocktail reception with a cash bar. We can go over further details as the event draws nearer. If you want to come tour our newly renovated rooms we can set up an appointment to do so. We are so excited to host your event! Please let me know if you have any questions.
