Windsor Public Library
Built by Col. Oliver Mather in 1877, it was purchased by the Windsor Library Association in 1901 for $4500. The building is was originally separate residences which were joined. The smaller house was the library and the main house was rented to the librarian. In 1942 the entire building was converted to library purposes.
