Present: Jane Garibay, Paula Pierce, Ashley Williams, Christine Ermenc, Kim Francis and Phyllis Stargardter

Meeting Notes:
1. Walking Tour

• WHS: Christine sent updated list of Historical Sights.
• Map: Need map with loop.
• Rack cards: to be printed by Konica with bleed and double-sided. Colors are to be the same as street banners.
• Walking Tour logo to be designed in “Vector” for resizing ability without loss of quality.

2. Passport

• Restaurants
• Invite member Retail to participate this year
• Add Windsor Art Center to Attractions.
• Prize ideas: Fit Bit, I Phone Printer, Instant Camera, Kids Kindle, Grocery/Gas GC and Headphones.

To Do List

• Paula to work on logo for Walking Tour.
• All: Paula needs 3 Partners logos and organization information.
• WHS Christina Historical fact statements (Howard Strong House, oldest town, etc.) for rack card and website.
• WCC Mailings to go out to past participants, member restaurants, member retail, attractions and for sponsorships

Next meeting will be Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 9:30 am at WCC office.
