Present: Jane Garibay, Paula Pierce, Ashley Williams, Christine Ermenc, Kim Francis and Phyllis Stargardter
Meeting Notes:
1. Walking Tour
- WHS: Christine sent updated list of Historical Sights.
- Map: Need map with loop.
- Rack cards: to be printed by Konica with bleed and double-sided. Colors are to be the same as street banners.
- Walking Tour logo to be designed in “Vector” for resizing ability without loss of quality.
- Restaurants
- Invite member Retail to participate this year
- Add Windsor Art Center to Attractions.
- Prize ideas: Fit Bit, I Phone Printer, Instant Camera, Kids Kindle, Grocery/Gas GC and Headphones.
- Paula to work on logo for Walking Tour.
- All: Paula needs 3 Partners logos and organization information.
- WHS Christina Historical fact statements (Howard Strong House, oldest town, etc.) for rack card and website.
- WCC Mailings to go out to past participants, member restaurants, member retail, attractions and for sponsorships
