About the REAL Program

Business and Education working together. The Chamber instituted a kind of 'train the trainer' program where teachers in the Windsor public schools spent time with business people in their field to familiarize themselves with the way their industry works today. Teachers came out with a vast new knowledge of how to best educate their students to prepare them for real world work experience.
