For the past 21 years, he has represented ADVO and the direct mail industry in numerous business events, forums and regulatory proceedings. In 1985, Vince initiated the "America's Looking For Its Missing Children" program, which has become the nation's most successful private sector effort to raise national awareness and help recover missing children. Vince serves on the board of directors for the Association for Postal Commerce, is a member of the Direct Marketing Association's Government Affairs Committee and is a member of the board of directors for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Vince holds a B.A. degree in economics from St. Michael's College in Winooski, Vermont. He resides in Windsor with his wife and three children. |
