Mr. Eddy holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Valley Forge Christian College, a B.S.E.T. in Civil Engineering from Central Connecticut State University, and a Masters in Banking from the New School of Banking at Williams College.

Since 2001, Ron has held the position of Director of Property Management with Griffin Land. In this position, Ron's responsibilities include all aspects of building operations, property management, and leasing administration in support of over 1.6 million square feet of Industrial/Warehouse/Office space, 4,000 acres of landholdings and other improvements held by Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc. He also has direct responsibilities for the operations of Griffin Land's Landscape Department/Company.

Mr. Eddy's professional history also includes such keys roles as: Construction Project Management with Gar-San Corporation and Konover Construction, Regional Manager with Building Technology Engineers, Asset Manager with the J. E. Roberts Company, AVP Director of Facilities with the Connecticut Bank & Trust, N.A. and Operations Manager with Allied Stores. .

Mr. Eddy is presently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, ASHRAE, Real Estate Exchange/CREW and BOMA where he serves as Vice President. He also is affiliated with the Connecticut Institute for the Blind as a Corporator and with the Windsor Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Board of Directors.

Ron has lived in Hebron for 2 years with his wife Anna. Prior to living in Hebron, Ron and Anna were long time residents of Cromwell where he served several years as an elected member of the Board of Selectman, and Planning & Zoning Commission. He also served and an appointed member of the Wetlands and Water Course Commission, as a Vice Chairmen of the Police Commission and as both the Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Cromwell Republican Town Committee. Ron's wife, Anna, is the Vice President of Oak Hill School. Ron's daughter, Meghann is currently a junior at Smith College at Northampton, MA.
