Jenny Castle
Jenny Castle is the owner of Jenny Castle Human Resources Consulting. After 16 years of working in the fields of manufacturing, transportation and supply chain and logistics, Ms. Castle had a desire to share her passion for Human Resources with a larger group of people. She currently works with small to mid-sized companies to provide strategies, solutions and support so business owners can focus on what they do best – operating their company.

Ms. Castle has delivered many presentations, some of which include Diversity in the Workplace and Managing Generations in the Workplace. She has been cited in the Society for Human Resource Management monthly magazine (Volume 55, No. 6) on working with employees with disabilities and has appeared in a story on CNN Money titled, “Walgreens welcomes employees with disabilities” in 2011.

Ms. Castle holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Human Resource Management and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. She belongs to the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut and The Society for Human Resource Management. In her free time, she enjoys reading and traveling.
