The Main Library would like to welcome you to participate in Jill Patterson, RDN's Walk & Tone program on Wednesday, April 27 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. In this class, participants will tone up, release tension from their bodies, boost their immune system, speed up their metabolism, connect with others, enjoy the outdoors, and feel their best! Comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended. Optional to bring water bottle and mesh/sport bag.
