First Town Downtown and presenting sponsor Windsor Federal Savings invite you to Windsor Center on Wednesday, October 31st for some ghoulish treats and fun! There will be hayrides, children’s arts and crafts, pictures taken with a “Halloween Ghoul”, a Halloween movie – Transylvania, Costume contest (funniest, scariest, best family and most original costumes) and Windsor businesses will be giving out treats to the youngsters! The evening’s festivities will take place from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM. (Broad Street will be closed).
