We are honored and excited to share our virtual Memorial Day observance with our residents, and we encourage you to tune into WGTV or Win-TV on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th 2020. We will also be publishing the video to our various social media channels.

Parade Marshall Lieutenant General Hoover is a former three-star Army National Guard general, recently retired as the Deputy Commander of the U.S. Northern Command. General Hoover grew up in Windsor and will be giving a special message to our community during our virtual observance!
