“The Junior Farm Spring Series” Beginning May 3 through May 31 join the staff at Northwest Park for our “Jr. Farm Apprentice Spring Series” each Thursday from 4:15 PM – 5:30 PM. The program offers an opportunity for students ages 9-12 to experience a connection between raising healthy livestock, growing a variety of plants and eating well. Experience spring on the farm at Northwest Park! Students will learn homesteading skills such as feeding livestock, collecting eggs, spinning wool, and growing and harvesting vegetables. Registration is required. The cost for the series is $55.00 for Windsor residents, $65.00 for non-residents. Register online at townofwindsorct.com/recreation.
