Diabetic Care
A special presentation by the
UCONN Student National Pharmaceutical Association
Doctorate students from the UConn Student National Pharmaceutical Association Diabetes Initiative will lead a special presentation covering the basics of diabetes care, such as: over-the-counter products, herbal medicines, and medication safety. They will go over how to care for common conditions associated with diabetes, the importance of certain vaccines, and what to expect at routine check-ups.
This event will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 @1:-2:00 pm at the LP Wilson Community Center, AP 1 Room, 599 Matianuck Ave., Windsor. Please call Susan Nunes at 860-285-1839 to RSVP.
