Join us at the Windsor Public Library from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM for a 4-Part Quilting Workshop. Participants will learn the basics of quilting and go from beginner to finished product (a table runner) over 4 weeks. Please plan to attend all 4 sessions (September 27, October 4, 11, & 18).
