Wine Bottle Bingo for WEF
Windsor Education Foundation is excited to start a new tradition in fundraising. Mark your calendars for Wine Bottle Bingo on September 8, 2017 at 5:30 PM at Northwest Park in Windsor.

What is Wine Bottle Bingo?

Guests come early to mingle, sip and nibble, then get in on five games of bingo with wine-themed prizes. Plus, there will be a wine demonstration, wine pull and silent auction.

Tickets to the event are $35, including bingo.

Zion Church, 320 Hayden Station Road, Windsor. The Connecticut Freedom Trail recognizes the importance sites throughout the State that are associated with the heritage and movement towards freedom of African Americans. Windsor Freedom Trail Run provides individuals an opportunity to pay tribute to those who fled from the South in search of freedom by way of the Underground Railroad. The run is approximately 3.9 mile

Fermata Arts Foundation is dedicated to shaping a cultural dialogue to prevent a new, modified wall of separation between post-Soviet space countries and the developed world.
Fermata's exhibitions are based on a vision of art as something that both reflects and influences life. The presentation tonight on both the Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan will give background to the foundation and the art exhibits. The presentation starts at 6:30 pm. Her show, Simply Chef Renee, is in its 5th season at WIN-TV. Chef Renee is helping WIN-TV celebrate 35 years of community media with this special demo.

In this class you will observe the Chef as she demonstrates step-by-step how to prepare a fabulous dish using healthy ingredients. Once the dish is finished you get to sit down and enjoy the creation and socialize.

Save the Date: Windsor's 35th Annual Northwest Park Country Fair

For a full day of fun, family activities, good food and entertainment, come to Windsor's Northwest Park on Saturday, Sept. 16 for the 35th Annual Country Fair at the Park on Lang Road in Windsor, CT. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Rain date: Sunday, Sept. 17 from 12 noon to 4 p.m.)

Participate in the Cake Walk or Egg Drop Contest; Carve a pumpkin, Build a scarecrow; or just sit back and enjoy music by a variety of entertainers.
