Free Marriage Licenses
The Town Clerk’s Office continues a long standing tradition of issuing free marriage licenses for Valentine’s Day today. The wedding ceremony must take place in Windsor for the license to be valid. All couples are eligible to win a romantic gift basket containing items donated by our local merchants. Justice of the Peace services may be arranged if requested in advance. Remember to bring a photo ID. 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

NWP's Annual Cabin Fever Festival
Visit Northwest Park from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM for Northwest Park’s Annual Cabin Fever Festival. The event will kick off with a large bonfire to warm everyone up. This wonderful winter event for the whole family will include demonstrations by the Connecticut Valley Siberian Husky Club, some real pelts and skulls for you to see up close, and a live eagle show, all while we learn about our wildlife and how they adapt to the cold. There will also be winter fun with contests, games, and prizes. Refreshments will be for sale. $3.00 per person (Windsor residents), $5.00 per person (non-residents). C
