Union Street Tavern Hosts 15th Annual Tavern Trot. Proceeds to benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand.

In an effort to join the battle against childhood cancer, Union Street Tavern of Windsor will host their 15th Annual Tavern Trot on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 20 Union Street, Windsor, CT. Members of the community are continuously inspired to get involved with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation by participating in the annual Tavern Trot and raising money for the fund.

Swap Meet
Our September swap meet is fast approaching on the 18th of September from 8:00am - 1:00pm at Vintage Radio & Communications Museum. With good weather this will be an outdoor tailgate affair. If the weather is bad we have room to move inside.

Collectors from all over the Northeast will be there displaying vintage electronic gear for sale. It might be a cathedral radio from the 1930s or a transistor pocket radio from the 1960s as well as parts, advertising and manuals.

The museum will be selling tons of surplus items. Be sure to tour the museum displays as well. It will be a fun event

On September 18, 2021 from 9am-noon, the Windsor Conservation Commission will be holding its annual FREE E-Cycle event in cooperation with TAKE II in the rear parking lot of the Windsor, CT Town Hall. Residents are welcome to drop off their electronic devices such as computers, VCRs, radios, monitors, printers, cell phones, televisions, and small appliances at no cost.

Windsor Freedom Trail 25th Year Anniversary Outdoor Camp Meeting and Family Activity Day – September 25, 2021, from 11:00am – 4:00pm: The day will begin with a Camp Meeting in commemoration of camp meetings held in the 1800’s followed by a day of activities including a historical view of the last 25 years of the Windsor Freedom Trail, food, ice cream, and more.
