10am – 12noon at the LP Wilson Community Center located at
599 Matianuck Avenue in Windsor, CT 06095

Must be age 9 and over to be eligible - No Appointment Needed

Please Bring Your Insurance Card with you.
If you do not have insurance the Flu Shot is Free
