There's no rest for the Windsor Chamber of Commerce Chili Empress! We all know the infamous WCC Chili Challenge is held each year on Columbus Day weekend (mark your calendar for October 8th this year) but the Empress is booked all year long making appearances at star studded events across the globe. She just returned from an appearance at the Belize Chili Challenge in Central America! At the Feud, the Empress has summoned the "Silly Peppers," three well seasoned Chili Challenge veterans to assist her in successfully cooking up a Windsor Feud victory! Yee haw!
