The 2020-2021 Award Winner is Windsor Fire and EMS for their renewal of the Windsor Fire and EMS Safety Complex. In 1991 the Chamber renamed this award to honor Frank Parker, founding partner of Parker-Ellingwood Insurance Agency. Frank was a long time champion of Windsor businesses and the Windsor Chamber of Commerce. This award signifies Mr. Parker's dedication to the community he lived in throughout his business life. We salute these good neighbors and thank them for their help in making Windsor a more beautiful place in which to live and work. Award Criteria:
