BONNIE KARKOWSKI This year's Recognition Award is presented to Bonnie Karkowski for her admirable service in bringing awareness to conservation and the value of the environment. Her abilities for research and documentation provide a depth of knowledge which has benefited and enhanced our community over the years.. Jim Govoni The Windsor Conservation Commission is honored to present our Recognition Award to Jim Govoni for his years of service as a Tree Warden. His vast span of knowledge on trees and advancing the concept of “Right Tree, Right Place” has instilled a better appreciation and understanding on the value of trees and the importance of conservation.
