March 18, 2009 Windsor The Windsor Chamber of Commerce is hosting the March Tobacco Valley Chambers Alliance (TVCA) networking event Wednesday, March 18, at Northwest Park from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Guest speaker will be Jay Wallus from Street Smart. Jay will give us some info on not only surviving but profiting in an economic downturn.
