Join us at the Main Library to hear Sarah Farid-Chaudhry, a nutritionist, present about Gut Health. Learn about food sensitivities, chronic GI inflammation, testing options, and the role of an elimination diet. Presentation will run from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. Free.
