Join First Town Downtown for an update on the issues and changes that affect our Main Street. Guest speaker Greg Vaca. We'll be meeting from 8:00 to 9:00 am on November 10th in the Ludlow room at Town Hall, 261 Broad Street.

Greg is the co-chair of the FirstTown Downtown Economic Enhancement Committee, and the founder of GRAVA Properties, a real estate venture focused on mixed-use development in the traditional village centers of greater Hartford. He is a native of Windsor and a passionate urbanist. He worked in investment banking and real estate development in New York City and Brazil for nearly two decades before relocating last year to the area with his family.
