Event:Win Wag Dog Photo Contest
Date:May 9th, 2019.
The Win Wag Dog Photo Contest is open to residents of Windsor, Connecticut only. Dogs six months and older must be licensed. Proof of a current rabies vaccination is required to obtain a license and tag. All photo entries must be current – taken within 6 months for dogs 1 year or older or taken within 30 days for puppies less than 1 year old. Your photo may contain the image of only the dog. One dog per photo entry. Limit one entry /photo per dog but you may enter as many dogs as you like.

Entry Period:
The entry period for the contest begins at 8:00 AM EST May 9, 2019 and ends at Noon EST May 22, 2019.

How to Enter:
All entries must be submitted electronically using our Photo Contest Entry Form. All fields must be completed for your entry to be considered. By entering, you indicate your agreement to and acceptance of the rules posted on the town’s website.

Judging & Public Voting:
Public voting for the Contest Winner will begin 8:00 AM EST May 24, 2019, and end at Noon EST on May 30, 2019
This a fun event, please participate in a clean and fair manner. The sponsor, at its discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who appears to be manipulating the voting. The decision of the sponsor to disqualify a contestant will be final.

Contest Results:
The winning entrants, based on the highest number of votes received in category during public voting, will be announced on the town’s website, townofwindsorct.com, by 5:00 PM EST May 31, 2019. The decision as announced by the Sponsor is final. The Contest Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.

Contest Prizes:
Adult Dog: Winner will be awarded the #1 dog license tag for the Town of Windsor, Connecticut for the current tag year (July 2019 through June 2020) plus a PETCO gift card. (Dog owner is responsible for licensing fees.)

Puppy: Winner will be awarded a gift certificate for a free 6-week Group Dog Training Course with Laurie Fass, offered through the Windsor Recreation Department.

The Contest is sponsored by the Town of Windsor, Connecticut Office of the Town Clerk.
