WIN-TV PSA Filming Day takes place on the third Friday of the month from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the WIN-TV studios in the L.P. Wilson Community Center. WIN-TV assists non-profits, civic groups and town agencies in filming a public service announcement about their organization or upcoming event.
