Visiting Nurse, Blood Pressure & Health Clinic
A nurse from Seabury Care Now is available at the Windsor Senior Center to offer free wellness screenings, including blood pressure and pulse checks, medication reviews, heart and weight monitoring, and nutritional information. Appointments are needed and can be made by calling, 860-285-1992. Rides can be arranged to your appointment by calling Dial-a-Ride at 860-285-1839 two days in advance.

These free clinics are held at the Senior Center on the third Wednesday of each month from 10:30 AM to noon.
