Connecticut State Epidemiologist Dr. Matthew Carter will discuss the Spanish Flu Epidemic of 1919 and Implications for the Next Pandemic from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Windsor Historical Society. The Spanish Flu epidemic that followed World War I infected 500 million and may have killed 50-100 million (up to 5% of the global population).
