All families are invited to attend this evening's 31st Annual Sheila Schmidt Fishing Tournament sponsored by the Windsor Jaycees from 6 to 8 PM at Washington Park. Since 1980 the Windsor Jaycees have been stocking the pond with trout and supplying fishing poles and bait for all participants while remembering Windsor's first special-education teacher and lifelong advocate of children, Sheila Schmidt.
