September is National Senior Center Month. To celebrate, an open house will be held at the Senior Center during the week of September 11-15. Try new programs and take care of your health. We will offer a free class for you to try, such as Shape Up and Work Out; Sit, Stretch and Groove; Posture, Strength and also Chair Yoga; and Tai Chi demonstrations. Our Senior Fitness Center Open House will be held on September 13 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
