American Red Cross Certified Babysitters Training Class will be held at the Community Center at 330 Windsor Avenue from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Babysitters training is designed to teach young ones from 11 to 15 years old how to respond to emergencies with first aid; provide rescue breathing; make good decisions under pressure; communicate effectively with parents; recognize safety and hygiene issues; manage young children; feed, diaper, and care for infants; and start a babysitting business! Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certification card. $90 per participant.
